Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Australia.

All Hapnin Empty Nesters accessories (such as stickers, patches, stubby coolers and hats) are packed and shipped by us while travelling Australia.

Orders are usually posted within 2–5 business days of purchase. Delivery times will depend on your location and Australia Post services.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details if available.

Because we travel full-time, shipping times may occasionally vary slightly depending on our location at the time of your order. We appreciate your patience and support.

Clothing orders are printed and shipped by our partner Print Bar, and their shipping policies and delivery times will apply.

If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Hapnin gear.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Clothing items are printed and shipped by our partner Print Bar, and any returns or exchanges for clothing will follow Print Bar’s return policy.
